Couple minor sections of cattle hoof damage and more rock on the back of the loop. But 98% very good surface. Visitors center has restrooms but they don't unlock them until 9:00."

I parked in the parking lot and set off from there. The Spiral Jetty is a cool goal to set out for but check to see if it's exposed or not if you care to know. "
